Print3D Return policy

Cancellation Policy
At Get Print3D, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, making cancellations time sensitive. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. To request a cancellation, please email us promptly at print3d@getprint3dsolutions.com.

  

Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, contact our customer support team at print3d@getprint3dsolutions.com     within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will provide the return address      and further instructions.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Shipping Returns

  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, Get Print3D will offer store credit of up to $10 to help offset these costs.
  • Please note, we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Products
Occasionally, products may be damaged during transit. If this happens:

  1. Take photos or a video clearly showing the damage.
  2. Email them to us at print3d@getprint3dsolutions.com.

Our team will review your case. If the product is deemed damaged, we’ll happily offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.


Incorrect Products
We strive for accuracy in every order, but mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong product:

  1. Take photos of the product received.
  2. Email the photos to print3d@getprint3dsolutions.com, and we will compare them to the product listing.

If your order is incorrect, we’ll provide a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
